Maintaining the proper functionality of your equipment is crucial to sustaining the reliability and performance of your machine.

It’s normal for a machine that is heavily utilized to require a full refurbishment at CLIMAX’s facility on a two-to-three-year schedule. A customer who uses the unit sparingly may see four, five or even six years of use before refurbishment is required.

If you have a component or machine in need of repair CLIMAX experts are here to ensure your machine runs smoothly and performs optimally.

Before sending your machine to CLIMAX, please contact us to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number at:

Once you have your RMA number, please package and return your unit to the location specified.

We will prepare an estimate of repair once we have received and evaluated your unit. We may also be able to upgrade your machine to the most current revision levels during the maintenance or repair. Once we get your Purchase Order, the work can be scheduled.

We know it’s tough when machines are in for repair or maintenance – we will make every effort to get your unit back in operation as quickly as possible.
