Mike Love

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Love brings strong financial vision and wealth building capabilities to Climax.  He rigorously pursues the blending of his Finance and Accounting skills with operational activities and initiatives to drive significant growth and profitability.  Mike believes strongly in developing financial awareness throughout organizations.  His forward thinking and proactive approach demonstrate how engaging and educating the workforce is key to driving profits, tapping into people’s talents and building bench strength.  He has experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up companies as well as in international environments, providing a solid base of business and leadership skills that position him nicely to help drive Climax’s future success as it enters its next stage of significant growth.

Prior to joining Climax, Mike served in a variety of executive-level finance and accounting roles with increasing responsibilities at TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc., International Rectifier Corp., and Conexant Systems, Inc. in the Semiconductor industry, Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the Biopharmaceutical industry and Tektronix, Inc.  in the Test and Measurement and Office Color Printer industries.  His experience crosses all finance and accounting disciplines and includes expatriate experiences in both Germany and the UK.

Mike is a graduate of Oregon State University holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration through the Oregon Executive MBA program.
